We live in a time where people are looking for validation more then ever. Vulnerability is a term that I’m researching. How do we learn to embrace our vulnerabilities and imperfections so that we can engage in our lives from a place of self-love?
‘Inner surrender’ is one of the most important topics that can be understood on one’s road to healing. Learning to tune into your inner dialogue offers you space to change.
Before becoming a passionate speaker, I've witnessed a full existential crisis. But it was also the best thing that could happen. My experience made me see things with clarity, and I am passionate to share my story in the hope to empower others.
I was curious to see if I could capture the intimacy and raw beauty I see in people. We seem to sometimes put on a mask in front of the camera, because we want to show what we think is our best self. I love the expression “To let your guard down” — A very old expression, it means to relax your defensive posture, which would leave you vulnerable. It conveys peaceful intent. It's taking a risk, hoping the person facing you will find it persuasive enough to lower his guard as well. The moment where this takes place are the moments where we can truly connect.
