My Role
As part of the Growth-Monetization stream, I led the discovery and design of intricate revenue-generating initiatives for Miro, including paid features, trials, and upgrade flows. Collaborating closely with PMs, analysts, and engineers, we shaped product strategy, devised hypotheses, and implemented impactful solutions, impacting millions in revenue. This collaborative effort involved aligning with over 30 internal stakeholders across various teams to ensure monetization integration throughout the product.

 

Successfully improving the discoverability of Miro’s highly valued Smart Diagramming feature.

Led the design and improvement of the strategic use case Smart Diagramming Miro. Through strategic behavioral interventions and optimizations, we improved discoverability. The outcome was a significant increase in overall revenue (nARR), retention and a substantial increase in free-to-paid conversion rates.

Monetization Design Guidelines for a unified approach towards revenue generation and strategic alignment.

In response to the growing necessity to unify and scale our monetization efforts, we developed design guidelines for teams, aiming to streamline projects and ensure alignment across the Product organization.

Enabling bigger teams using Miro, to change and create teams effortlessly, while reducing friction in the upgrade flow.

Larger teams faced lower conversion rates due to upgrade hurdles, involving admins and partial team upgrades. Our team designed a solution enabling flexible upgrades, leading to a significant increase in free-to-paid conversions and revenue.
