Designing engaging experiences and strategies for WeTransfer.
As a senior team member, I led UX and creative strategy, and managed various digital projects and campaigns, mentoring designers and designing interactive concepts like microsites and custom campaigns. I managed key accounts such as Adobe, Netflix, Gucci, Apple, and Bottega Veneta, contributing to doubling revenue growth.
My main internal challenges included improving UX maturity, introducing UX metrics, facilitating workshops, creating guidelines, and organizing a team while aligning stakeholders.

I led a team of 10 designers, developers, and stakeholders for WeTransfer’s key accounts, focusing on growth, standardization, and process streamlining. By designing client design systems and specification guidelines, I enabled smoother collaboration between clients, designers, developers, and sales, which boosted revenue and supported expansion into new markets.

Netflix approached us to support the Benelux launch of the movie Ferry with an awareness campaign. Our goal was to “wow” the audience through interactive experiences and easy trailer access. The campaign delivered outstanding results: over 3 million impressions, a 1% CTR (five times above benchmark), and strong engagement, with both Netflix and WeTransfer audiences responding positively to the creative approach.

I established design strategies, resources, and databases for a research repository and set up internal projects and OKRs to optimize the user experience of WeTransfer’s ads, balancing user, client, and business needs. By delivering more personalized solutions and subscriptions, we created a better experience that improved user satisfaction and retention. Through continuous feedback loops and performance analysis we reduced friction and improved customer relationships.
